·  Shipping charges are based upon average order weights, similar to other businesses with like products, and are non-refundable. We work hard to keep these charges as low as possible.
 

· Standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Standard delivery during peak holiday seasons.

· 2nd Day (2-3 business days) shipping for *credit card purchases placed before 12:00 noon CST is available for most items destined for lower-48 USA deliveries. If you're sending a check requesting 2nd Day delivery, your order will be shipped AFTER your check clears.

· Next Day shipping for *credit card purchases placed before 12:00 noon CST is available for most items destined for lower-48 USA with afternoon delivery of next business day. Most business addresses are guaranteed to arrive before 3:00pm next business day; most residential addresses are guaranteed to arrive by 7:00pm next business day; please call us with concerns. If you're sending a check requesting Next Day delivery, your order will be shipped AFTER your check clears.

· Local Customer Pick Up is available for our local customers that purchase items on-line. Your purchase is available during regular business hours for seven business days starting from the day of purchase. We are sorry but due to limited space availability on the eighth day after purchase any purchases not picked up will be returned to inventory and the purchase price refunded minus a $10.00 storage & restocking fee unless prior arrangements are made with us by calling (563) 285- 8144.  

· Deliveries to PO Boxes, military, AK, HI, USA territories must ship USPS Priority Mail. We will contact you if there's any additional shipping fees than posted due to the weight of your package. Don't forget military addresses are subject to clearing customs and other delivery restrictions.

· Unfortunately, we may charge shipping fees a second time if we have to reship/redirect packages for any reason including incorrect addresses and zip codes or missing company names and suite numbers. In the event that we receive a refused package, you may be charged the return shipping fee. Please double check your shipping address to avoid additional shipping charges!

· Orders are held for checks to clear and credit card authorization. Please take this into consideration during peak holiday seasons.
